When you work with me you will experience coaching that is:
Individualized – this is your time to focus on your personal or professional life.
Goal focused – we will work together in a creative way to identify your goals, dreams and desired change and we will work out together how to achieve these.
Process focused – we work within a safe environment and framework so that all ideas and topics can be unpacked and more fully understood.

I can help you provide clarity and a new perspective by:
being fully present with you and completely believing in your ability to achieve the goals, dreams and change that you desire.
supporting and guiding you throughout our coaching relationship and offering you the challenge needed to ensure that it's a truly worthwhile, exciting experience.
being with you when everything is going well and when things get a little tough.
introducing you to a variety of different ways of working together to keep our coaching conversations enjoyable, stretching, creative and interesting.
HOW DO THE SESSIONS WORK?
Sessions are completely flexible depending on your schedule, location and preference. We can either meet face to face, by phone or online and sessions typically take up to an hour.
Between sessions it is common to leave 2 to 4 weeks depending on what is going on for you and what you want to achieve between sessions. Life goes on and it is a perfect time to put into practice what we have been working on.
WHEN CAN WE START?
I’d love to meet you for a free introductory session!
During this time we can discuss any questions you have about coaching and even get a chance to try out some coaching.
